Description of gimmick: St Piran comes across as an intelligent UK Westcountry Bumpkin. He talks with a Cornish accent but is incredibly articulate. He may be a face but he isn't adverse to using the odd dirty trick if the situation warrants it and, only ever against a heel. Never a fellow face or a tweener. He abhors the use of cuss words as he does not see a need for them to be used.

Nicknames: The Cornish Saint, The Patron Saint, The father of Cornwall.

Catchphrases: "I'll do it drekkly!" (rough translation I'll do it when I feel like it!), "Onen Hag Ol" (translates to One and All), "I am an emit in a land of emits!" (rough translation I am a tourist in a land of tourists!, direct translation I am an ant in a land of ants!)

Entrance:

Ring Announcer: "Introducing first/and his opponent, Weighing in at 224 lbs, the Patron Saint of Cornwall, St Piran"!
the arena lights go out leaving just the glare of the titantron.
suddenly a cornish flag appears on the titantron and flying home begins
blaring from the speakers.
st piran appears from the entrance to a
shower of pyrotechnics from the titantron, the ramp and the stage area.
he waves to crowd aknowledging them.
Weighing in at 224 lbs, the Patron Saint of Cornwall, St Piran makes his way to the ring
sporting the historical flag of his homeland
acknowledging
the 'cousin jacks', his fanbase. he takes the time to sign a few
autographs and to pose for pictures. his trainer walks behind him waving
proudly the flag of st piran, the patron saint of cornwall
as he
reaches the bottom of the ramp, he shoves both hands in the air and a
shower of pyrotechnics errupts from the four ring posts. he takes the
flag from his trainer and holds it high above his head showing the
audience his pride at his heritage.
the lights in the arena
project a cornish flag on to the ring. mat. st piran enters the centre
of the ring to the cheers of the crowd. he throws both arms into the
air. as he does this, the ringposts explode in a shower of fireworks.

He then lifts his opponent over his head and violently slams him to the mat

St Piran performs a Russian Leg Sweep on his
opponent bringing him down the mat. He the climbs the to the top
turnbuckle and asks the fans what they want. They scream back "Patron
Saint!" "Finisher!"

With that, St Piran turns and executes a Frog Splash from the top rope

Backstory:
St Piran, real name Daniel Martin grew up in the relatively peaceful town of Truro, Cornwall. All his young life, he watched Wrestling on the T.V. and wanted to be one. At the age of 18 and having finished his education Daniel joined the local Wrestling circuit as a an amateur Jobber working for various unknown companies on verbal contracts. Now, as his 19th birthday approaches, Daniel, now working under the stage name St Piran is about to begin his career proper. He looks forward to it with glee and apprehension. The road to the top will be very long and hard and paved with multiple successes and failures both inside and outside the ring but, Daniel has the strength of character to get what he wants from life.
